Returns

Unfortunately there's no good way for us to accept returns of Wisdom Wipes once received. It wouldn't be mail-safe if you know what we mean 😅 

However! If you have not opened or used the product, we encourage you to re-gift to a friend or relative who will get a kick out of it! We're all for recycling as long as it's before use! 😉

 

Exchanges

If your product arrives un-usable due to shipping, please send an email to refunds@wisdomwipes.co with associated photos of the damaged box and roll and we will work to promptly send you a new roll! We'll follow up to confirm we have the right address on file and quickly ship you a new roll so you're not left with out an important bathroom product.

Once your new roll arrives, we encourage you to recycle your damaged product 🌲
